This drone was operated by a FAA-certified drone pilot, launched from public property, stayed within FAA operating limits, remained within visual line of sight and was not flown directly over workers. No trespassing occurred, and the images do not identify workers or show private activity.
I’m sharing these for public awareness and documentation as Webster County residents continue asking questions about this project, including water use, power demand, potential environmental impact, noise, roads, public notice and what protections are in place before more data center development moves into the county.
